All QSREX subscriptions include a free trial period. By continuing past the trial and allowing your payment method to be charged, you acknowledge that you have had full opportunity to evaluate the service and accept it as delivered. QSREX provides informational and analytical tools — not financial advice or managed services. As such, subscription fees are generally non-refundable once the trial period has ended.
Many QSREX products offer a 7-day free trial for new subscribers. During the free trial:
Important: If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your payment method will be charged the applicable subscription fee automatically. Charges made after the trial period has expired are subject to the standard refund terms below.
No refunds after trial: Once your free trial ends and your first payment is processed, the subscription is considered accepted. You had full access to all paid features during the trial to evaluate the service.
Subscription fees are non-refundable after the free trial period ends. This applies to both monthly and annual plans. By subscribing, you confirm that you have evaluated the service during the trial and chosen to continue.
Annual subscriptions are non-refundable. We recommend starting with a monthly plan if you are unsure about a long-term commitment.
Refunds may be issued at our sole discretion in the following cases only:
All other refund requests will not be eligible. Dissatisfaction with signal outcomes, market conditions, or trading results does not constitute grounds for a refund — these factors are outside our control and are covered by our Risk Disclaimer.

To request a refund, follow these steps:
Send an email to [email protected] with the subject line: "Refund Request — [your account email]"
Your account email, the product name, the charge date, and the reason for requesting a refund.
We will review your request and respond within 2 business days. If approved, we will initiate the refund.
Once a refund is approved, the following timelines apply:
We have no control over your financial institution's processing times after the refund is initiated on our end.
You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account dashboard under Billing & Plans. Cancellation stops future charges but does not automatically trigger a refund for the current billing period unless you are within the eligible refund window.
After cancellation, you retain access to paid features until the end of your current billing period.
